Well ahead of its proposed launch later this year, a rendering of the Kia Tam has appeared on the web. Check out.
As you can see in the picture above, the model looks heavily inspired from the VW Bulli Microbus concept, debuted in Geneva. The VW Bulli Microbus is a 3+3 (two rows of three-seat benches) minivan measuring 3.99 m in length, 1.75 m in width and 1.70 m in height. Wheelbase is 2.62 m and the Microbus has a wide track for those 3-seater benches at 1.50 m.
Besides, the model is expected to feature bold design with prominent wheel arches and sliding rear doors.
Though engine options are not out yet, it will probably be a 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol from the 2012 Kia Picanto. More specifically, the engine produces 82 PS (60 kW / 81 hp) and 94 Nm (69 lb-ft) of torque.
Stay tuned with us to know more on the variant, which is likely to hit the European markets first.
